As simple as it sounds, this will always hold true at my store.  Whether a new bike from us or your current bike in for repair, your bike is our focus. We will offer the most accurately built new bikes in the area regardless of size or price. The quality of our repair services will never have you questioning the bill. We will not be the least expensive but we will be fair.  We will install parts purchased anywhere (the internet or any bicycle shop) without question. Since I do need to eat however, please ask about pricing on parts. I will be as competitive as possible. I, like all shops in this area, have a distributor that has next day delivery so your parts can be here as quickly as necessary. As I have done in the past I will try to have the parts to keep your bike on the road or trail in stock, so that the time without your bike will be as short as possible. If it is necessary to keep your bike for an extended period, I will do everything possible to keep you riding, through use of demo bikes/wheels/etc.

Fitting

On new bikes, I will offer a free basic fit session with every new bike, road or mountain. As fit is a huge factor in your happiness with the bike, I will offer free fit adjustments for 6 months on any new bike purchase (parts will be extra). 

Free Service

I will offer lifetime free minor adjustments on any new bike (lifetime of the bike not your lifetime and only to the original purchaser of the bike). This will be at my discretion however, hey when you need a tune-up, get a tune-up. You will also receive the first years tuneups for free.

We will offer 2 years free flat replacement on any new bike purchase. This will include the tube and installation. Tires will be extra and all repairs are instore only.

1 Year Extended Parts Warranty

All new bike purchases will come with a free 1 year extended parts warranty. All of our brands come with a manufacturers warranty of 1 year, so you will be covered for 2 years for all warranty parts.
